Introduction to Carrier Ethernet
The CE-A course is designed for a technical novice or anyone seeking a firm understanding of Carrier Ethernet technology. This course focuses on the fundamentals and conceptual theories behind Carrier Ethernet, such as network devices and topologies and various application theories. Potential candidates for this course are entry-level Tier I Support Analysts, such as Network Operations
Center (NOC) Analysts, who observe and report network events.

Fatigue Awareness and Mitigation
Do you know how to recognize the signs of fatigue and to effectively mitigate its effects? Do you know hot to measure your fatigue level?
The National Transportation Safety Board has found through the years of accident investigation that fatigue plays a significant role in crew performance. As a result, aviation departments have developed and integrated specific tools in their best practices to measure fatigue, evaluate current state performance and to feed this data into a continuous improvement program.
Fatigue effects every industry, from manufacturing to security to logistics and can negatively impact productivity and safety. This seminar will utilize real world scenarios to guide participants through fatigue identification and resolution. Using Best Practices of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), our instructors will customize the program to fit your specific industry needs. Participants will receive Fatigue Management tools that they will be to apply immediately.

Pharmacy Program: Basic Prescriptions and Dispensing - June 6, 2011
Pharmacy Program

Basic Prescriptions & Dispensing
This course presents the initial educational components leading to Pharmacy Technician Certification. This nine-week course consists of 36 classroom hours.
Curriculum includes instruction in state regulations, insurance restrictions, mathematics relating to job performance, applicable law, nomenclature, introduction to basic IV admixture, computerized pharmacy systems and basic skills needed to work in pharmacies, hospitals and retail businesses. Coursework also includes classroom exercises and competency reviews.
In addition, students will be assisted in job search skills including resume preparation, interviewing techniques and networking opportunities within the Oklahoma City area.
Prerequisites for the class are a high school diploma or GED. Good math skills are recommended. A Certification of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the class (75% or better)
The Pharmacy Technician I program is taught by Michael Robinson, Certified Pharmacy Technician. Robinson received his certificate in 2006 and has worked in both retail and hospital pharmacy settings.
